Well, I am still struggling with the brakes, Daisy just doesn't want me to replace the shoes!! I have done one wheel, but can I get the damn wheel casing off!! - No......

It has been on for a long time! - I will get it off, I just don't want to resort to hitting Daisy with a hammer (well..... not too hard anyway!). So, to calm down, I started on something else... As I seem to do... 415 things at once, that's me! :-)
Anyway, I have managed to get 3 new 'points' condensers. Still boxed, new 'old' stock.

These are hard to come by now, although, you can get them from http://www.smallfordspares.co.uk/ . Although, I have my own sources now!! - Daisy does not actually need these (at the moment), but, as I reconditioned the dizzy (distributor), you never know!
| PART | PART NUMBER(S) | MAKE(S) | ESTIMATED GUIDE PRICE |
| 100E-12300-B condenser 53-61 | WIPAC 4589 or LUCAS 422368 54413006 | WIPAC / LUCAS | £10.00 for one |
Another wee problem......
The damn thing came off easy enough....... but can I get it back on!!!!!! Ho humm......
Also, its worth me noting the track rod end information, and although Daisy's are not too bad, I got a good deal for a couple of spares.
| PART | PART NUMBER(S) | MAKE(S) | ESTIMATED GUIDE PRICE |
| track rod end (l/h thread) | 100E-3290-B | smallfordspares | £12.00 for one |
| track rod end (r/h thread) | 100E-3289-B | smallfordspares | same |

Ok, other current 'outstanding' tasks.......... bearing in mind I need Daisy up and running by May !!!!!!!
The waterpump is looking a bit tired. It works fine, and I will clean it up, but.... it has seen better days.
Number plate light.... didn't work....... removed, rewired and now works perfectly. I just don't have it connected (yet!).
The clock is a ticking..........................................................
